Cancellation Policy
A strict 48-hour notice cancellation policy is now in place. We understand that you may need to change or cancel appointments, if however you cancel within this time a booking fee of 50% of your appointment will be charged. If a guest NO SHOW’S or has multiple late cancellations we reserve the right to change 100% booking fee and request payment in advance for bookings going forward.
Skin Testing Policy
A sensitivity test will be required 48 hours before a colour or technical service for new or returning guests who have not had colour / technical service within the past 6 months.
